Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the standards of conduct required of everyone using HarmoniaLove. By creating an account, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination, and may be reported to law enforcement where required by law.

1. Identity and Profiles

You must:

• Use your real identity and current photos
• Maintain only one active account
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate information during registration and verification

You may not impersonate any person, create a profile on behalf of someone else without consent, or use stolen, stock, or AI-generated images to misrepresent your appearance.

2. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on HarmoniaLove:

• Sexually explicit images, nudity, or content depicting or soliciting sexual acts
• Content advertising escort services, sex work, or "hook-up" arrangements in exchange for money or goods
• Hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting protected groups
• Graphic violence or content promoting self-harm
• Content involving or sexualizing minors in any way, including any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
• Spam, advertising, or solicitation unrelated to genuine relationship-building

2a. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

HarmoniaLove has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors. Any account found to be uploading, sharing, soliciting, or distributing such content will be immediately and permanently banned without warning, and will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities, as required by law. This applies regardless of the age of the account holder or the perceived context of the content.

3. Fraud and Financial Scams

You may not use HarmoniaLove to:

• Request money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or financial assistance from another member
• Promote investment schemes, including cryptocurrency "opportunities"
• Direct another member to make a payment outside the platform under false pretenses
• Engage in romance scam tactics, including fabricated emergencies or fictional overseas circumstances

HarmoniaLove uses automated trust and safety systems to detect suspicious behavior, and accounts found engaging in financial fraud will be permanently banned and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4. Harassment and Abuse

You may not harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse other members. This includes unwanted repeated contact after being asked to stop, sending threatening or abusive messages, and any behavior intended to intimidate or distress another user.

5. Platform Integrity

You may not:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform
• Attempt to circumvent verification, trust score, or safety systems
• Scrape, copy, or harvest member data
• Interfere with the platform's normal operation or security

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter behavior that violates this policy, please use the in-app reporting tools or contact us directly. Reports are reviewed by our trust and safety team, and we take appropriate action, including content removal, warnings, suspension, or permanent account termination.

7. Enforcement

HarmoniaLove reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement where legally required. This policy may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current version.
